: I live in Oh. and I own a serval and a jungle cat my cats live outside all year round and they do just fine in the winter as long as they have shelter heated or unheated as long as the shelter is not to big for there body to heat,they will even mess around in the snow. As for food I feed both cats a mixture of partialy cooked chicken on the bone and Iams cat food for supplements, not all wild cats take to the dry food it helps if there raised on it otherwise Zupreem or frozen rats are fine. My serval gets along with my dogs but my J.cat doesnt.I got my serval from B&B ranches in texas and he came litter trained and declawed he stopped useing the litter box most of the time at about 6 months since then he has lived outside its been 2 years and he's doing great.And he is still friendly. hope this helps
