I have a question. my biggest dream was to own a puma. i didn't know that u could till just resently. What would I have to do in order to own one. In Kansas, could it be like a house pet as long as there wasn't any small dogs or cats and what not. And just keep it pined when I am not home but let it in the house (declawed of course) during the day and let it sleep wit me at night??? I know some of this may sound really dumb but I have no clue.
