1. Yes they will get along with other animals if raised with them , however allways remember to be very careful if the animal is something the serval would normally eat. Now my servals where not raised with any other animals and would kill the tom cat that comes up to thier cage if they got the chance.
2.I live in ky and my servals live outside all year long i just make provisions for the seasons such as tarping the walls of thier runs and giving them tons of straw inside thier igloo houses. You on the other hand live in minnesota and i would be leary given your winters.

I feed zupreem canned,occasionaly raw chicken, and have dry food available for them and my 3 have had great checkups at the vet for 3 years now so it is a safe diet. Others will insist on raw meat all the time but hey its to each thier own , i think a varied diet would probably be best. Also noticed the guy who said he used iams , i have occasionally run out of zupreem and had to use iams canned and my 3 act like that stuff is crack cocaine. They will literally knock you down to get to it, id swear its addictive.
4. There is a group on yahoo groups that is a pretty informative place.
5. Well me of course haha , just kidding there are several repuatable breeders out there just research them if you plan on buying from them ( even if its me if you wish ) Personally i will reccomend charming forge farms in PA that where 2 of mine came from.
:ok ive desided to go with a serval, i have a Bangal cat alredy or i should say its grannys cat. its going to be a few years before i get a serval so i have some questions on them.
: 1. will they get along alright with other animals? (cats, dogs, herps, etc)
: 2. ive heard that they dont always use the litter box, i live in minnesota but my question could kitty live in an outside enclosure all year round? i figure no because theyre from a hot place and minnesotas winters can be brutal.
: 3. What food do you'll feed them? pellet, meat, canned, or a variety of the three? also what supplements if any would you reccomend?
