Well I don't know if your chinny will fall in love with these suggestions, but it doesn't hurt to try!
In my babies cages I have:
PVC Pipe (at least 4" around)
Hammock
Hidey Jar (from Michael's)
Bird Toys (A fave!)
Bird Perches (a must have)
Igloo
Wood Chews
Toilet paper tubes

and probably the best toy for your chinny, which he will probably become addicted too....a wheel!
