I just found this baby chipmunk minutes ago in my back yard. About 1/2 of it's tail doesn't have any hair or skin- it's just tiny bones connected. It looks in pain and is very weak. It's not moving much at all, but we can see that it is breathing. I don't know anything about chipmunks. What should I do and how should I care for it? Please respond soon! Thanks.
