Let a few cats in the attic for a few days. If that doesn't work, take the cats out, and put a bunch of snakes in there. If that doesn't work, then there are plenty of products at your local grocery store or Wal-Mart that can take care of it.
I would try cats or snakes first though, because unfortunately the only way to get them out will be with death, and at least if you use cats or snakes it will be a, let's say, "natural" death. Something will benefit from its death by nourishment instead of a mousetrap snappng down on it or struggling to death on a sticky trap. Or being poisoned.
