Hey,
I also have a trio, and i keep a heat pad under the tank set on low all the time,just to keep the temp inside their 20-gallon tall tank up. ive heard that feeding them a high protein diet helps, so try giving them more sunflower seeds and maybe peanuts. also feed them a variety of foods, alter fresh foods daily. good luck!
