identifying a deer

I work at the wildlife rehabilitation center of minnesota and we got in a small deer. It is obviously not a native species. It is a juvenile, about 30 inches tall, but he appears to be almost full grown. His tail is white underneath, with black and brown on top. He is pretty much a uniform tan/reddish color, a little darker on his back, with a white on the inside of his legs, his belly, and his throat. We have no idea what species he is and are desperately trying to find out so we can treat him. any information or sources you might have would be helpful. Thanks
