hi mi name is Kathleen and about 3 and a half months ago i got 2 mice that were both supposed to be female but on day i noticed Roo (she can jump really high) was extermely fat and she is tiny about half the size of angel (who turned ou to be a male and then the folowing night around ten she I noticed in one part of the cage were 3 aby mice no fur covered eyes tiny etc and then so i took the male out but the next morning they were dead and i dont think the mother went near them at all.

What happened?
how can i stop this problem happening at her next pregnancy?
