Dealing With Hair Loss

Hello:

Just noticed today that two of my mice are losing hair in between their eyes and nose. The area looks kind of red however it is only affecting one side of their faces. Otherwise everything else seems normal. Wondering if this contagious to the others? Will it get worse? Will they still breed normally? Dont want to get rid of them if not necessary. Replies are much appreciated. Thanks!!
