You can tell by the way your mouse acts. If she starts to look fat thats one good way another is nesting.Put a small box or old paper towel roll in the cage, also place a little more bedding in the cage. She will build her self a nice little den.I dont no the exact number of days but its about 3 weeks. With mine,once I notice them getting big its not much more then a week or so.Good luck,be ready for a lot of babies. I have had up to 20 at a time.
