2 Pregnant mice????

I have to female mice that look pregnant. they are big and round and now their breasts are more visible(they weren't before)! they are both in the same cage.Should i separate them? I heard that feeding them cat/dog food or yougurt is good to give them their essential nutrients? is this true? also any other advice will be appreciated.i just bought the second one because i thought that the first one (who has been with the male for 2.5 months with no luck) would never get pregnant. How can i surely tell if they are pregnant?Thanx!
