Please be very careful with carrots and ferrets.They can't digest carrots and it can sometimes cause a blockage. One of my fuzzies got blocked up from a carrot,luckily he passed it with the laxative.

LOL....your cat really likes spinach? My cat is more finicky than my ferrets...lol.
