I would say the grapeseed oil wouldn't make much difference. The anti-oxidant benefit to humans hasn't been proven completely and there certainly has been no research on that for ferrets.

All that said, I don't see how it would hurt them. The only concern might be the cost -- I haven't priced it recently but grapeseed oil was rather expensive at one point.

So, if you want to do it go ahead. Just monitor them to make sure there's no allergy (the risk of which is probably 0.000001%, but I always watch mine carefully if/when I introduce something new to them).
