Try hand feeding him his pellets softened in water. And take his lettuce and other vegetables and chop them up small or grate.

My guinea pig gets her teeth clipped regularly because they're crooked. After clipping she can't gobble her food as usual to I put the food in my hand right under her snout and let her kind of "Lick" it up.
