I can answer two of your questions....
about the vita c...you can just go to a grocery store like Krogers and buy vit. c tablets. that's what i use. and, you said the store "said" they were both boys...to check to rub your finger straight down the pelvic area and if you feel a bump above it's testicles then it's a boy....if not then it's a girl.hpe i helped at least some!!
