Yes, you need a class # 3 permit. Call the Fl. Wildlife and Game, and they will send you an application. There they will ask what the fencing requirements are in Fl, what you will feed them, what they eat in the wild, what Species they are and such. It's a total of 3 pages. Then they will issue you a permit is you answer all the questions. (Which are really easy to answer.) Be prepared for them to inspect your place. I know...I live in Fl. and have permits for Wallabie, Zebras, and Coatis. Good luck.
