It sounds like she is more around 10 months+ by her size.
You can "wash" her with a warm cloth but do not emerse her in
water, its far to stressfull.
Do not introduce her to a dog at this point. If she is already
skiddish, the dog will cause undue stress to her. A very common
ailment and even death is caused by prolonged stress (white muscle disease). I would recommend finging a good exotic vet and
have her checked out soon as possible.
Do you have her feeding on the bottle? She probably should be.
Also, what food and supplements are you currently giving her?
