Just to make sure, you need to buy the fake vanilla extract. The real vanilla extract has alcohol and that's not good for your mouse or so I have been told. It's teaspoon per gallon so just add a drop or two. Other than that, you can buy "odor tamer" which is a disposable activated carbon liner. It works but it's kinda expensive (3sheets for $7). Other than that, get an airfreshner. Hope this helps.
