Why cant we just enjoy these majestic and beautiful creatures in their natural habitats? they are immensely social creatures, who naturally live in large groups, whose structures date back MILLIONS of years. In keeping such a creature as a captive pet, we are denying it its right to happiness, and however much you may think you are loving it, you are only damning its existence to life in incarceation. It saddens me to hear of you people asking for "a cheep monkee" or a new "exotic pet" to be a friend. Donate that money to a charitable organization if you really want to make the animal happy. For those of you who are truly sincerely great people, thank you for caring for our close relatives.
