Yes you can put them on a leash, we have macaques and they love to go outside... a dog collar works well around the waist of your pet- it is best to get a buckle type instead of a "quick snap" style for safety reasons. As far as finding one wildanimalworld@qwest.net usually has one or two available or on the way.
