There are many diagrams and pictures in the book Bringing a Prairie Dog Pup into Your Home. It is a 9 page section of the book.

: Im looking for diagrams or pictures of a male pds internal sex organs to assist in neutering. Im working with an a vet who is willing but will be her first attempt and the better prepared she is the better I'll feel. Ive already given her the R-ZOO-2-U sheet, but we would both like a better idea of what to look for. I'm excited to be able to be right there during the surgery! If anyone knows of a book or site where I might find this I would be most thankful.
