i recently bought a 1 year old male, unneutered prairie dog and it is in the mid of winter, so is it supposed to be in a bad mood? And also I bought it from my neighbor at night, and when I brought it into my garage and opened its cage I put my hand in and it bit me, do I need to worry about raibies? and did it bite me simply because its night and in the mid of winter?? what can i do to reverse the bad affects of its miscare? its not neutered so what do i do?? please please help
