First of all, is this a wild rabbit? Wild rabbits are illegal to keep and care for unless you are a wildlife rehabilitator and will have to be given to a wildlife rescue in your area.

Now, if its a domestic rabbit, I suggest you ask some of the staff at school for a large box, line it with paper toweling, and put the rabbit in there till the school day is over. Also, hopefully you're friends with a counselor or a person on the staff and they can keep it in their office.
