As long as Mom doesn't seem to mind, you can handle them right away. I started handling my crew on day one, and Hazel couldn't care less. If you're worried about smell, rabbits don't care about human smell on their babies. But if you want to be sure, just dab each baby with vanilla and dab mom's nose with it too. That way, everything will smell the same and she won't even know you've fiddled with them. Usually that's not necessary, however.
