I am sorry for your loss. I lost my Daisy last November to the same illness. I noticed that Mouse had a little friend Mroo in your pics. Is she a rat too (couldn't tell from the pics?) If Mouse had mycoplasm and her little friend spent time with her, Mroo could also be infected. Daisy infected her cagemate Smokey who didn't show symptons until 3 weeks after Daisy's death. By that time, I had bought Smokey a new friend. Now both of them are infected. My vet is aware of this and has me giving them vibramycin for one month, 2x a day when they show early symptoms of illness (like persistent sneezing.) The vet has told me that this is something that both of them will have to battle for the rest of their lives (and preventative antibiotics is much cheaper than waiting until they get really sick.) I wanted to share this with you so you can prevent Mroo from getting sick if in fact she was exposed to Mouse and the disease was transmittable. (Of course, nothing cures myco, but you can keep the symptons from ever developing into something worse than sneezing and running noses.)
