Chances aren't good for them, unfortunately... I would suggest finding someone with a lactating rat or mouse. A lot of times rats will adopt babies and nurse them along with their litters.
I hope you had good luck...
:Can anyone give me any tips on caring for newborn rodents? I'm not sure what they are, a friend found them on the middle of a parking lot when she went to work and brought them in, and I came and got them. There was a lot of rain last night, so we thought maybe the nest got flooded and the mother brought them out. They are very young, no sign of fur, and maybe an inch long.
:I have them in a bowl over a hot water bottle and tried giving them kitten milk replacement. The bottle seems too big for them even though it said it could be used for hamsters. I tried feeding them from a piece of cloth dipped in the formula, but I don't know how much they got.
:Is there anything I need to know? Any better way to feed them? They are so tiny.
