:Any one have any good information about keeping a wild mole? I want to keep it because my dad will kill it if I don't. I know they need lots of soil to dig in, earthworms to eat, and a water bowl. Anything else? Thanks,

Hi,

Unfortunately it's extremely difficult to keep moles in captivity. Their omnivorous diet consists of items other than earthworms and if not provided with a properly balanced diet can die from nutrtional deficiencies. They also require a lot of space, more so than what can conventially be supplied in your standard sized cages/tanks. I would highly suggest you find a safe place to release it.
