Hello everyone,

Florida:

As far as I know in Florida(My home state) that keeping a skunk requires a 1-time no charge permit.
As far as I know, there are no breeders in Florida but some pet stores in the West Palm Beach Area get them in in June.

Georgia:

Georgia has no breeders that I'm aware of. As far as Skunk keeping in that state, A permit is required (Sorry!, I don't know how much)for all But Black and white skunks which are ILLEGAL
