:As far as Florida, the permit information is correct if you only have one skunk. It's free, but you do need to renew it each year. You need a different permit for more than one skunk. Nope, no breeders here either. I know of a few shops in Palm Beach County that sell skunks each year (Kritter Mania is now closed), or you can also adopt a baby through me and the American Domestic Skunk Association.

:As far as Georgia is concerned, you are also right on the no black and white issue, but I don't believe permits are necessary and the web site doesn't say. I'll find out in the AM.
