for food, do a search for the BML diet. it's a good set diet.
175 gal reptarium is ok, but the 260 gal is better suited for 2 gliders. the bigger the better!
as far as bonding close enough w/ your gliders till they will trust your hands.... could take a few days... or a few months... maybe never. Gliders don't like being confined in any way and some will never let you "hold" them.
it really depends on the gliders age/upbringing and how you try bonding.
