Surly you MUST be joking. Considering that Panda "Bears" arn't even bears, i'm glad you've done you homework. If you also do a little research you will find out a few interesting points. The trade in Pandas is restricted. Even the purchase of dead animals is restricted. Pandas only breed in a very small range. The government of this country doesn't sell the animals put leases them for 1.5 million a pair. So I guess you have a lot of money for the little hobby you have. Some of the best zoos in the world are unable to get Pandas, I doubt you will have any luck.
