Even the purchase of dead animals is restricted. Pandas only breed in a very small range. The government of this country doesn't sell the animals put leases them for 1.5 million a pair. So I guess you have a lot of money for the little hobby you have. Some of the best zoos in the world are unable to get Pandas, I doubt you will have any luck. You are dumb. Some private person who doesn't even know Pandas arent bears will never be able to get one. Do you really think that you can buy a Panda?!?!?!
