I love hyenas despite there many quirks I live in Illinois and i dont know what restrictions there are.I've got some questions that maybe someone can answer.
1.What papers do i need were and how do i get them?
2.How often do they come up for sale if ever?
3.How much will a baby cost or even an adult?

If someone could please answer these questions id really appreciate it thanks.
